Acceptance

By using NexCode, you agree to these terms and the companion privacy policy.

Subscription and billing

Paid features are offered through Microsoft Store in-app subscriptions. Billing, refunds, and renewals are governed by Microsoft Store policies.

License and permitted use

NexCode grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application in accordance with these terms and applicable law.

User responsibilities

Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials, complying with software licenses in their projects, and avoiding unlawful, harmful, or abusive use of AI-generated output.

Prohibited uses

You may not use NexCode to violate the law, exfiltrate data without authorization, bypass software restrictions, or intentionally create malicious content.

Intellectual property

NexCode and its branding remain the property of the developer except where third-party open source licenses apply.

Disclaimer and liability

NexCode is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination and changes

Access may be limited or terminated for abuse, non-payment, or legal compliance reasons. Material term changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice where required.

Governing law

Applicable law and venue will be determined by the governing jurisdiction disclosed by the developer at release time.
