NexCode is licensed, not sold. The license is personal, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable.

Restrictions

You may not redistribute NexCode, reverse engineer the application except where law permits, or remove legal notices.

Updates

The application may receive updates, fixes, and compatibility changes over time.

Telemetry disclosure

Optional telemetry is disabled by default and may be enabled or disabled by the user.

Open source software

NexCode includes open source dependencies governed by their own licenses. Those notices will be published in the open-source licenses document.

Feedback

Feedback may be used to improve the product without compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
